As of now, you can pay a coach in person with a check or cash. We are working on accepting Paypal on our website. More details coming soon!

What should my child wear for class?

Students should wear gym shorts/pants and a t-shirt. Jeans or pants with zippers or buttons are not allowed. Long hair needs to be pulled back and any hair that could obstruct vision must be pinned away from the face. No jewelry is to be worn on the gym floor or equipment. Students should wear clean athletic shoes.

Do you offer a sibling discount?

Yes! Please ask us about our sibling discount.

Does the gym close during bad weather?

It depends. Keep in mind that just because the schools are closed does not mean that we will close. If we decide to close, we will notify you via text message, and we will put a notice on this website and our facebook page.

What is all-star cheerleading?

All-star cheerleading is an athletic activity that combines elements of gymnastic tumbling, dance, acrobatics and traditional cheerleading skills such as jumps and arm motions.

Teams consist of up to 36 athletes performing exciting, professionally choreographed 2½ minute routines set to music.

All-star teams are purely competitive and do not perform any traditional team support or crowd leading duties for sports teams or schools.

Our teams compete against other all-star teams from across the region and the country at a full schedule of competitions between October and May each year.

Teams are set up by age group, and we offer options to suit every athlete. The age groups generally offered are: Tiny (3-6yrs), Mini (8 and under), Youth (11 and under), Junior (14 and under), and Senior (10-18 years).

Teams also compete at specific difficulty levels ranging from level 1 for beginners, up to level 5 for athletes with advanced skills. Our training program is designed to help athletes develop their skills and move to higher levels as they grow in the sport.

All-star cheer is a co-ed activity and is great for boys as well as girls and is a great way for children and young people to improve fitness and coordination.

It is also a great environment for developing confidence and self-esteem as well as developing positive life skills, personal values, sportsmanship and teamwork.

How does my child join the all-star team?

The all-star teams have try-outs in early May. We will start posting details on try-outs in March/April.
